Email mahoricai@gmail.com. Include a short description of what happened, the app version shown in Settings, and any steps that reproduce the issue. Please do not send passwords, payment details, full invite codes, or sensitive medical information.
Subscriptions and purchases
Use Restore Purchases in Fed. Settings if an active Apple subscription is not recognized. To change or cancel a subscription, use Apple's subscription settings. Apple handles billing and refund requests.
Deleting your Fed. account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel the subscription separately through your Apple Account if you do not want it to renew.
Accounts and households
Fed. creates an anonymous account on first launch. Sign in with Apple can link that account for recovery and is required before creating a household invitation. You can leave a household or initiate account deletion from Settings. Household owners may need to transfer ownership or delete the family.
To stop using Sign in with Apple after deleting your Fed. account, open iPhone Settings, tap your name, tap Sign in with Apple, select Fed. or Mahoric AI Inc., and follow Apple's option to stop using it.
Custom recipes and photos
Recipe photos are optional. If a photo will not upload, confirm that Fed. has photo access, the image is no larger than 8 MB, and your connection is active. Fed. supports JPEG, PNG, HEIC, HEIF, and WebP recipe images.
AI suggestions
AI suggestions require an active subscription and are limited to 10 batches per account each day. Suggestions select from Fed.'s pre-filtered recipe catalog. If suggestions are unavailable, try again later and continue to check every ingredient label yourself.
Food and allergy safety
Fed. is a planning aid, not medical, allergy, or nutrition advice. Recipe data and filters may not reflect substitutions, manufacturing changes, or cross-contact. Always check ingredient labels and follow advice from a qualified health professional.
